Mizan — Privacy and Support

Data and purposes

We process company and employee names, account email addresses and user identifiers for authentication and access control. Entered sales records include barcodes, customer names, weights, prices, employees, timestamps and approval status to provide transaction history and reports. Firebase Authentication processes passwords; the app does not display them to administrators.

Camera and providers

Barcode scanning runs on the device. Camera images are not uploaded to the database. Google Firebase provides authentication, storage and backend processing and may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security. Data may be processed outside your country.

Notifications

With administrator permission, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service deliver approval alerts. We store a device notification token, account association and language to route alerts. Alert text does not include customer names or prices. You can disable notifications in iPhone Settings; signing out disconnects the registered device.

Sharing

Administrators access company and employee sales records. Employees access records permitted for their accounts. The app has no advertising or advertising tracking tools. Administrators may export and share reports and are responsible for their chosen recipients.

Retention and deletion

Administrators can delete the company in company settings. Automated processing deletes company accounts and data from the active system. Deleting an employee retains historical sales and their name. Deleting a sale hides it from transactions and reports but may retain technical records. Service logs and backups may persist according to provider retention periods. Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests; identity verification and coordination with the company administrator may be required. Exported copies are not automatically deleted.
